I am a certified Sleep consultant, founder of Game of Snores - passionate about helping families reclaim their rest. As a proud mom of a wonderful boy, I know firsthand how exhausting sleep struggles can be—and how life-changing a good night’s sleep truly is.


With evidence-based strategies and a personalized approach following the Sleep Sense approach, I work with parents to create healthy and independent sleep habits for their little ones. Every child is unique, and so is their sleep journey, which is why I tailor solutions to fit your family’s needs.

My Journey: From Exhaustion to Empowerment


The road to restful sleep is not always a smooth one—mine certainly wasn’t.


When my own journey into parenthood began, I quickly learned that sleep—or the lack of it—can feel like a never-ending battle.


The long nights, the constant wake-ups, the desperate search for something, anything, that would help my little one sleep better. I read all the advice, tried every trick, and still found myself sleep deprived, exhausted, questioning if peaceful nights were even possible.


But through those bleary-eyed nights, I discovered something powerful:

sleep isn’t just luck, it’s a skill—one that babies (and parents!) can learn. Once I found the right approach, everything changed.


It wasn’t until I truly understood sleep, its science, and the power of small but meaningful changes that everything started to shift.

My baby slept better, I slept better, my husband slept better, and our days became so much brighter. Our life changed!

That experience ignited my passion for helping other families find their own path to restful nights. And so, I decided to pursue the extensive Sleep Sense program by Dana Obleman - the same one I followed to sleep train my little one.


Now, through Game of Snores, as your trusted certified Sleep Sense consultant, I’m here to help you navigate the twists and turns of sleep troubles, offering practical solutions to help your little one sleep soundly—without the guesswork, stress, or guilt.
