Do you use the "Cry-It-Out" method?

Crying is your child’s natural way of expressing protest when something changes—especially when it comes to sleep. So when we shift their sleep habits, it’s completely normal to see some resistance. That’s why I always like to be upfront with families: you can expect at least a little protest as your child learns a new way of falling asleep.

But here’s what’s important to know: I will never ask you to leave your child to cry alone, and I would never suggest ignoring their cries. My approach is not CIO.

I follow the Sleep Sense™ approach and I tailor sleep plans to your child’s temperament, offering a comprehensive method to help your little one sleep better—without leaving them to cry alone.

Do you offer virtual consultations?
