I am Yolanda Katerji, a Certified sleep consultant and mother of two wonderful boys, I have faced, and still face, the long, weary nights, the relentless cries, and the exhaustion that clouds the mind like a winter storm. I know the struggle.

But sleeplessness is not a companion you want by your side. It seeps into every corner of your life, draining your energy by the day, running on empty to keep the survival mode going.

Step 1: The Council of Sleep

We begin with a gathering of minds, where we’ll discuss your child’s sleep patterns. This is the assessment call upon which we’ll build your sleep strategy.

Step 2: Identify the Battles

Next I'll ask you to fill out the sleep questionnaire, ensuring I have all the necessary details to provide the best possible support for your child's sleep journey.

Step 3: The Battle Plan

I’ll forge a personalized sleep plan, crafted specifically for your child and your family, designed to win the war against sleepless nights.

Step 4: The Sleep Watch

Sleep is a journey, and like any great quest, it requires ongoing support. I’ll stand by you, answering questions, providing reassurance throughout the training duration.

I believe that healthy sleep is not a coincidence, it’s a skill. And like any skill, it can be nurtured with a lot of patience, consistency, and compassion.

My approach follows the Sleep Sense™ philosophy rooted in respect for your child’s temperament, developmental stage, and family dynamic. It is not a one-size-fits-all solution nor it is a “cry it out” approach. What I focus on is help you build a plan you feel confident in based on the sleep goals you want to achieve with your little one, while still feeling safe and supported.
